I don't want to sound mean but how do you know your even pregnant if you have not tested, it's probably the start of your period hun, but just wait and see. If you get concerned maybe go to the doctor's, good luck sweetie

You will need to do a pregnancy test to check if it is period type bleeding or relevant to a pregnancy. If you get a BFP then you need to call the hospital for an early pregnancy test which can see a viable pregnancy from 6 weeks. However, you can get a BFP during a miscarriage so if you get a BFP I would expect the worst with the bleeding to be honest. Lots of luck xx
