I always said I wouldmake my own purees for ds and I have been doing so. We have also been buying 100% fruit pots and 100% veg pouches.

I am just wondering if anyone else does a mixture. I ask because ds will eat an entire pot/pouch 100/120grams.

When I feed him homemade purees it takes a lot less to satisfy him  (only 50grams)

Has anybody else found this? If so why is it?

There is more water in the bought purees. I made ours but we did buy some organic pre made ones when out. The home made ones have always been more satisfying.

Ah that makes sence. I just couldn't work out how ds could be so much more satisfied with homemade food and eat twice as much shop bought
I normay buy the ellas kitchen 100%vegtables but at 99p each and him having a whole pouch a time it's starting to add up :dohh:

I think I will go completely to homemade things now and just keep a couple of pouches as worst case thing instead.
Looks like I will be shopping for freezable tubs this weekend as 8 isnt enough, especially as the only hold 30ml so its 2 at a time :dohh:
