Male factor ANTISPERM ANTIBODIES.... IUI vs ICSI

Hi girls

Just wondering if anyone has tried IUI for male ASA's and been successful?? We are waiting for our ICSI on the NHS hopefully in the next few months but I am wondering if anyone has tried IUI for this cause of infertility?? My DH has 40-45% Sperm affected, normal count around 25mil and slight mobility issues.

Any success stories and do u think it's worth a shot? Wondering if this could be another option

Bump. I would really like to know this also. I think my dh might have this. We are going to do another SA to make sure though. But with 12 months of confirmed ovulation and no bfp there has to be something going on.
