Rosie was born on 19/03/13 at 38+5 weighing 8lb 7oz. I had false labour pains all Saturday night which kept me up, then nothing all day Sunday apart from feeling very emotional and then sleeping for most of the day on Monday.
Tuesday at 7am, my waters broke. I was in full labour and 5cm dilated by 10am, and Rosie was born at 2.38pm. I used gas and air, an MP3 player for distraction, and a half dose of pethidene to relax during the last 2cm of dilation.
She is beautiful. Labour was intense, but quick - a lovely experience, my body just knew what to do this time, very little interference, DH was amazing helping me every step of the way.
So overjoyed with our third little lady x
