I am ordering some M&S baby clothes, internationally because they don't have footie pj's where I live!

Reading the sizing chart, it looks like my LO (who is 6 months) would just be moving from 0-3 into 3-6!
Here is the chart:

That sounds crazy, because I have been buying her 9 months clothing (U.S. sizing) and European size 74, which she can wear but they are a little big.

What is your experience with M&S clothes?

I did but I can't work in kgs :haha:

My LO can still fit in newborn vests comfortably from say next or asda, but m&s he's in 0-3 and they fit the length but baggy on the body lol.

I've found M&S clothes on the large side, which just goes to show you're not going to know for sure until you try. If in doubt, order the larger one.

They are beautiful, by the way, and often they have 20/30% off baby clothes so keep an eye out x

Huh, now I am really stumped! I guess I will just size up and hope they work. (I need them to fit her now!)

Thanks to you both for your input!

My LO fits them per his age in months not his weight. He's 9MO now and just grwoing out of his 6-9, and 9-12 are fitting nicely. He was 10.5kg nearly a month ago don't klnow his length, sorry. I'm buying separates from them though not footie pj's but i have got them from them before and again i think he was just in them for age not weight etc. I love their clothes though they're nice quality and last well.

I find them larger than most shops too. LO has just gone up to 3-6 months in M&S whereas she has gone up to 6-9 months in all the other brands (Next, JL etc).

My LO is 4 months, weighs 15lbs and is on 75th centile for height.

I always find them smaller! Funny how it seems to vary. Fin is in their 9-12 month stuff. 75th centipedes at last check.

I love m&s stuff. DD is really tall (99 percentile tall!) but she is still in 6-9 month stuff at 7 months, although her legs are coming to the end of her tights. I think she is 73cm...

My 4 month old is 8kg so needs m&s size 6-9 months. All LO are different shapes mine is long with very big feet but another baby weighing 8kg might be more round so fit in smaller sizes. It just depends.
