Last Friday I began experiencing sore breasts, back pain, stomach feeling yucky and briefly feeling lightheaded. It lessened by Sunday or Monday and was minimal by Tues. I tested but came up with BFN. My period started Tuesday evening which was 3 or 4 days early. I don't normally have PMS symptoms and have never had anything close to this. I'm trying to determine if this could have been a pregnancy. Anybody have any thoughts either way?

The most accurate way is to get a blood test to check hormone levels.
My doctor said that women mc frequently early on but don't recognize it was a mc because many people don't know they're pregnant that early. I would get checked just in case, but with my mc I had pretty obvious pain that came in waves like contractions, which are very different from period cramps. Also, my boobs became less sore when I began to miscarry. The only pregnancy symptoms that continued were mood swings and nausea.
