Meal Ideas for 7month old

hi everyone
The HV came today for serens development check and she asked how well she was feeding and what she was having. I told her that Seren's basically having porridge and a bottle for breakfast, and a veg purees for tea, she said that now she's 7months I can start giving her more of what I eat, eg eggs, spag bol, mash potato, fish and chicken etc.
What kind of things did/does your LO have at 7months? What kind of food is a no-no? xx

I was a bit slow in experimenting with Poppy's food but by about 7.5/8 months she was having baked potato and beans, lentils and veg, fish (cod/plaice) in cheese sauce, veg in cheese sauce with baby pasta. And then we started with braising steak and chicken purees too ie made with sweet potato and other veg. If you are going down the puree route it might be worth investing in an Annabel Karmel book, or take a look at her website. Good luck x
