I just wanted to say WOW, how amazing!

Sorry for boring everyone who already knows about them, but if you don't then get one QUICK! lol

Chaise gets really bad wind but it's really difficult to get gripe water down him without him spitting it out or choking on it! We've tried syringes, spoons, cups, everything...

But with this dummy, he actually drank it on his own! Then we put him in his moses basket to settle, he moaned a bit so we put a bit of milk in the dummy, he drank that then went to sleep and has been asleep for hours now!!!!!!!!!

He's not woken up making grouchy noises or wrenching his legs up because he's fell asleep with trapped wind, its seriously amazing!!!!!!!!

my nana mentioned these to me but Ive never seen them. gripe water used to make meadow choke and projectile vomit

They are a brilliant invention :) We got one at our baby shower and I've used it a couple times to give Darwin meds, and sometimes to give him a little drink of water - it's easier to wash than an entire bottle for 1/2 - 1oz of water and he takes it just as well.

Where can i get one? The midwife said put gripe water on a dummy to me, but i thought it was weird he'd barely get any lol, she must of meant these....

Oh thanks!!! I always wondered if they were any good!! I'm gonna give it a try 'cause Josh refuse to take it now!

Never seen these before. Amelie wont take a dummy anyway. I just give her calpol via her dentinox syringe lol

I agree they are fab! would not be able to get Alex to have gripe water without it.

I used to have a 'dormal' with Rachael (teat on a white bit the liquid sat in), i couldn't find any when we had Jacob so he has one similar to

think we got ours from mothercare. Very useful, especially when i was taking out a night feed, Put a tiny drop of boiled water or gripe water in.
