Since changing Myles from purees at his insistance  I am really finding it difficult deciding what to feed him, I was fine with the purees and made him lots of vairied and healthy meals but I am just hopeless now, my mind is blank when it comes to planning his daily menu :(

:help:

It depends what he can manage at the moment? A typical day for us would be:

Breakfast - Shreddies with a little bit of whole milk
Lunch - Sweet potato wedges and a salmon fish finger, and some chopped pear
Tea - one slice of cheese and tomato on toast, some yoghurt and more pear

At weekends she has whatever we're having for all meals, in the week she eats tea separately...

Other meals she loves are Omelette (with cheese and/or mushroom) Pasta with homemade sauce, butternut squash wedges, chunks of chicken, various roasted veg, homemade meatballs, roast dinner!

Hiya Tracy x
Good to hear M is getting on well x

Can I recommend Annabel Karmel's Baby & Toddler meal planner book?
My sister has lent it to me & its brilliant it goes right from first tastes (purees) to toddlers with loads of recipes & meal plans x
Finley is loving the puree'd butternut squash & puree'd pear at the minute x

I wouldnt know what to give him without this book x
