Merry Christmas to Me.. NOT

So to top off my working 5 shifts in 6 days over xmas, in the past 24 hours I have gotten FOUR, yes FOUR pregnancy announcements, DHs cousin (who supposedly was never planning to have children) and then 3 FB announcements... sigh... I am SO down in the dumps this Christmas... blah

These people that lie about not planning children are the one that make me angry. I have had 2 friends, never having another child/not having one within the next couple of years make announcements. If they would like another one why can't they just say- we would like one but not sure when/ or when the time is right it'll happen. They obvioulsy have been trying/NTNP and I thought I was safe around them. Especially as I have been honest with them- it sucks x

Vent away !!!! I know exactly how you feel. If it wouldn't hurt the pregnant ladies and baby , I would probably trip them with a stick. Its so hard to grit your teeth and smile when all you wanna do is grab someone by the throat and Scream!!!

I swear, I have heard more pregnancy announcements since we found out on Dec 1 that my DH has no sperm than I have all year. One even had the nerve to complain about being pregnant because she didn't want baby #4. Surely she must know how she got pregnant those other 3 times...

I totally get it. It's not fair. I think I am ovulating for the first time since we found out...no sperm = not a chance at all to catch the egg.

I don't understand why women feel the need to announce their pregnancies on Christmas, stealing the spotlight. They act as if Santa gave them a merry little bean wrapped with a big bow under the tree. Have the tact to wait after the holidays.

I agree- get over yourselves. One of my friends posted on FB- Christmas is best spent with children! I don't know if any of you remember my post just after my lap where a friend HAD to tell me she was pregnant- its the same person !!!

May I join the pity party? YES ... they suck!!! LOL! A friend asked me where I had been when I lost my bean and I told her I was recovering from my miscarriage .. what did she do? She sent me pictures of her daughter and said, "I hope Chelsea's pictures help cheer you up." Like. Really? So, I slammed the delete button as hard as I can. It felt good.

But ladies ... cheer up, buttercups. 2012 wil be our year. TEAM 2012 we are!!!

I hated Facebook AKA brag book this xmas and all the xmas cards I got from friends with pictures of thei rbabies ont he front.. lkike really you guys know what I am going through why even send one... ugh... I am feeling so frustrated and so scared right now of everything that is to come... so glad I have you girls to understand and not judge me/think I am being selfish!
