Messy Eater!

3 week old is a really messy eater, she feeds on her side and her arm, my arm and her bib get saturated with milk. We have Dr.Brown's bottles on no.1 teat, and tried Boots variflow teats also, but she just loses so much milk! Originally she was gulping the milk very fast but since changing her to lactose free she's slowed down so much, but still loses milk, even when she's sleeping she gets soaked! Other than using a thickener on her milk, I'm not sure what else to try - so any suggestions greatly received!?

Could she have tongue tie? My son was like this till his got snipped x

Sometimes their tongue looks square or heart shaped at the ends but mostly the messy eating and clicking when sucking. Ask your gp to check good Luck x
