I was struggling so much with a name i decided to let DH choose our daughters name and he has chosen Willow. I get to pick the middle name but I'm struggling so much even with that!

Any suggestions are very much appreciated :flower: Our surname is 3 syllables and begins with M :thumb up:

TIA x

What other names do you like? I think Willow would go with a lot!
I reckon there are a lot of willow grace's and willow rose's out there though, so would avoid them!
What about Willow Faith :)

I like too many! Willow grace reminds me of will and grace lol so won't be going for that one :) not keen on "filler"/popular names like rose or may. I like Willow Faith, thank you :)

My opinion on middle names is to go with a name that is meaningful to you in some way. Either by meaning or namesake. That way you will always love it!

I used my mother's name for my daughter's middle name and will use my husband's grand-mother's name if we have a girl this time. My son's name is a whole story as to why it's neither a meaningful nor family name and just "a name I liked that went well" and I kind of regret it. It was either going to be Sage (for the meaning that really draws me in) or my surname but anyway - long story!

Any family members you might consider naming the baby after with the middle name? Maybe a variation of their name could be an option?

I think most names would sound quite good with Willow, it would help to have a short list of names you like to give other suggestions! :)

Drake (my DS) would have been Willow Noelle is he was a girl :)

Thanks again everyone.

Trying to find a name with significance is really difficult. Tbh it doesn't really have to have any special meaning IMO, it just needs to be a name that makes me say wow I love it if that makes sense?! Even that's proving to be difficult!

Keep the suggestions coming ladies! :flower:

Kind of names I like are nature/flowery/girly type names. Nothing too popular. For example: blossom, Luna, Maisie, Freya, types names are the sort I really like :)

I think because you've got quite a long surname and it's quite a long name it needs to be something short.
Willow may
Willow elle

That's all I can think of..

Very pretty set of name options you have there :)

I'll try to contribute something to the brainstorming of names:

Olive
Sage
Amethyst
Rain/Rayne
Skye

We've already used Sky on our other DD :) but love Rain so have added that to our list! Thankyou xx
