Middle name ideas please

We have a firm favourite for a girl, but not sure whether to go with formal full name or not, the name is Constance/Connie (will be known as Connie).

Any ideas for middle names? Can't use Rose, Daisy, May or Grace as these are other daughters middle names.

Boys names we have, most likely to be Joseph (joe/joey) or John (Johnny).

Thank you, lots of ideas there that I hadn't thought of, I'm really liking Lily, Iris and Ivy, Iris was my grandmothers first name so that'd be quite special to use 👍🏻. What about Ella? xx
