Middle names for Ellis and Phoebe ??

We don't know whether we are having a boy or girl but have chosen first names for either but still not decided on middle names and wondered on people's opinions...(just over 2 weeks until baby arrives)

Phoebe Catherine (my name)
Phoebe Catherine Charlotte (one of my sisters name)

Boy

Ellis Andrew (hubby's name) (our Son is Jenson Andrew though so is it strange to use it again?)
Ellis Trevor (my dad)
Ellis Michael (hubby's dad)

Phoebe Catherine and Ellis Michael sound the best to me.

We are however naming our son after both of our Dad's, so I do like the idea of you honouring both.
Do they have middle names that might flow better? We are using their middle names because their first names don't flow.
