anyone else have them?
my book says they sometimes get worse for people who already had them before they were pregnant, which i did.
anywayy that's not really the point.
i've had some tylenol and have been icing my temples which has dulled it.
anyone have other suggestions?

yup i get them really bad :( feels like i have a horse kicking my temple half the time and they just won't go away :(

drink looooooooooooooooooooads and keep the room cool, dark and sleep
the only thing that works for me xx

i used to get them before pregnancy, but i've not had any while being pregnant. bet i have jinxed myself and i get one tomorrow or something :dohh:
xx

I've got horrible migraine headaches! I was taking some pretty intense pain medication before I got pregnant, but now that I'm off of that, I normally just try to sleep them off. I usually just turn off anything that generates light or sound, cut the air conditioner down to cool the house, and lay in the bed until I fall asleep. I can't wait to be able to take medicine for them again.

Hope this helps!

Ahhh migraines, my arch enemy!! I got so many of them when I was pregnant with Robyn, I'm praying they'll keep their distance this time around. I hate them :(

I got suggested a few things from a friend of mums who gets bad migraines.

Deep heat cream - u know the stuff you rub on when you pull a muscle? Well rub some on your forehead and the back of your neck. I think it opens up veins or whatever it is. Surprisingly does help a bit!!

Ice pack on your forehead.

Cold bath/shower.

And the obvious:
Drink LOADS of water.
Dark room.
Wear sunglasses if you have to go in the light for any reason
Sleep.

Hope they go away for you hun. They really are awful... :(
