Mild OHSS and pregnancy after IVF

I'm currently 13.5 weeks pregnant, and had an ultrasound for my SCH. In the report, they noted that both of my ovaries are still enlarged, with one being over 8cm. I know that the effects from the stimulation are prolonged with pregnancy, but I'm just wondering how long until my ovaries should shrink back down? Between the baby, the ovaries, and the SCH my stomach looks like I'm over 20 weeks along! Anyone else experience this and know how long it took? Thanks!
