Milk in a bottle

This may seem a silly question, but how long do you give formula in a bottle? I mean, like you teach them how to take water or juice from a cup, when do you start doing that with milk.

I think its towards 12 months or so , max is still getting milk in a bottle but juice and water from a sippy cup

yes i too assumed milk - 12months in bottle, and juice and water with weaning from sippy cup x

It was just cause I was looking at old photos of Rachel when she was about 7 months and she's got trainer handles on her avent bottle (4oz bottle) with a squidgy spout thing attached when she's in her highchair but having a proper bottle at bedtime????

I honestly cannot remember why I was doing that

I think a bottle at night is better as they see this as bed time and comfort .
