Milk on cereal... why does he sneeze?

As the title says. Whenever I give LO his breakfast - weetabix with whole milk, he always starts sneezing and doesnt stop till i stop feeding him??? He's fine with yoghurts and cheese so i didnt think it could be a dairy allergy? what could be causing it???

Could it maybe be the little bits of dust you get off the top of a Weetabix sometimes maybe going up his nose?
I have the same reaction to bread for some reason. Whenever I open the breadbin I sneeze loads, but I'm fine actually eating bread and have never had any other kind of reaction to it.
