Well I lost my baby last Thursday and had a D&C. I'm obviously feeling a little strange as I was used to being pregnant again but as it had come at a bad time (concieved 3 months after I had my son) I'm not too upset. I hope I don't sound really cold hearted.

The thing is that yesterday and today my boobs have been leaking colostrum/milk quite badly. They've suddenly gone big and painful, like when your milk comes in. Is this normal after a m/c? I was only just over 11 weeks.

Im sorry, i dont know either.
hope you get the answer your looking for

It happens, but I thought it only happened in the 2nd trimester. I suppose you are close though.

I had milk, engorgement, and all that. Not fun. Some women use cabbage leaves to dry up the milk.

I got milk my last rpegnancy, and I was only 5 weeks. I think those that have breastfeed in the past (or had a baby) produce it easier.

I'm so sorry Anita, lots of :hugs: to you.

Hi Anita, I'd wondered where you'd gone. I'm sorry to hear about your loss :hugs: I don't know about the milk, I would just guess at that it being so close to Pierre is the reason it came in.
