Misoprostol help?

Hey ladies, my baby lost it's heartbeat and they actually couldn't even find the baby anymore, jut a sac at 6w6d after me having cramping and just a feeling that somethig was wrong. My hcg levels were also dropping. I chose misoprostol to speed up the process rather than waiting:/ I told it yesterday at 2pm. By 5pm I was cramping extremely bad and could barely even function. I felt like I was in labor. I passed blood clots everytime I went to the bathroom, but nothing majorly big. I ended up sleeping fine last night and now I just feel weak and I am still bleeding very very heavily but I am not having contractions anymore, just occasional cramps like a period and my back hurts. Is it possible that I passed the sac already? I have heard that after it passes, most ladies feel relief. I never felt like an instant relief, but I sure feel much better today than I did yesterday! Any advice?

sorry for your loss
i had exactly same, i was 9 weeks along, i stayed in hospital for the day passing tissue
i passed so many clots and had to pass them all into a bowl for the nurses to inspect, i passed the sac without even knowing it as they confirmed it
if you feel better today i would say you passed it but if you are still heavy bleeding and alot of pain, go back to the hospital
if the bleeding is now like a regular period then should be fine but if you feel something is not right then obviously contact your doctor

I'm not cramping at all anymore and feel fine other than just being tired. I'm just bleeding heavily, but I usually have heavy periods anyways so idk? It's also different not being able to use a tampon

My mum had a 10 weeks loss and was in agony, she didn't even know she was pregnant until she went dr who confirmed, anyways she said she felt relief once the sac passed which she saw fall out into the toilet.
