can you mix the powder with warm/cold water or does it have too be boiling? cos i have the powder dispensers but i though how am i gonna mix it if the water has to be boiling and im out and about?! just really confused haha!
xx

As long as the water has been boiled previously I think it's ok. Well that's what I've been doing anyway!

Yep as long as its been boiled your fine. It will / you can mix at room temperature or slightly heated in a bottle warmer.

When I go out I use my milk dispenser and fill a bottle with boiling water before I go and put it in the thermal pouchy bit in my changing bag xx

We add the milk to cooled boiled water and then heat up the bottle slightly as Evie doesnt like it at room temperature and we've never had a problem. We just have to give the bottle an extra swirl or two to make sure the powder has mixed properly

i do it yes and alot of other people do it, but theres always the case of the powder isnt sterile thats why it needs to be added to water over 70degrees. then let it cool. which is inconvinient if your going out etc.
but i do it like you ladies do and have had no problems. and alot of my other friends have done it. but just so you know theres always midwifes and health visitors that will tell u the powder is not sterile. xx
