My daughter is 9weeks old and is currently taking 6oz of SMA First Infant milk, I did have her on the SMA Hungrier Baby Formula for about a week as she always seemed unsatisfied after her bottles. She was alot more satisfied on Hungrier Baby Milk going about 6hrs in between feeds, however I took her off it because it was causing her constipation and after reading on the internet I didn't like what I read about it sitting in their stomachs for longer tricking them into thinking their hungry.
Now she's been back on the SMA First Infant Milk she's going 4hrs inbetween feeds and seems unsatisfied again after a short time.
It might be a stupid thing to do (hence I haven't tried it yet) but I was wondering if it is ok to mix the Formulas together? 2 scoops of Hungrier Baby Formula and 4 scoops of First Infant Milk in the same bottle? So longs they are both the same brand? I've been reading on the internet and people have said that it's not the right thing to do.
I just want to do the right thing by my daughter and make sure she's happy at all times and just wondered if anyone had any advice for me on this? Has anyone done this themselves?
