MND(Progressive Bulbar )?

Just wondered does anyone have any dealings with this terrible disease?
My mum is very ill and the specialist suspects it is MND.
Just wanted any feedback from anyone as i know this is a rare illness.
My mum has virtually lost her speech, can barely swallow without choking and is starting to struggle with breathing and cannot walk very far.

Going out of our minds and wont have a actual diagnosis intill she see's the specialist again in april xxx
