Moisturiser

Do you use it? Do you think it makes any difference?

I've never done anything but, my mum and I went out and bought me an expensive moisturiser when I turned 13. It was almost like a right of passage. It wasn't until a girls weekend a year or so ago I discovered it wasn't something everyone did.

I use it religiously, once in the morning and once at night (face only) and when I get out the shower (all over). At night I also slather Vaseline onto my lips or a lip soother.

But I'm not at all image conscious. I wear little makeup, my hair is usually untreated and scraped back into a bobble or bun and I never do more than trim my nails.

I use the garnier pure one (face). It's meant to be a light moisturiser that helps blemish prone skin. I have combination skin which is annoying, It makes my skin feel soft and nice, I usually use it after washing in the morning and let it sink in while getting ready before putting make up on. Also use it before bed, after removing makeup. I use a vaseline aloe vera one all over after showering as i find otherwise, skin feels all tight and itchy after showering.

I use it on my face every time I wash it, if I don't use it then my skin feels really tight and awful. I never use it anywhere else though unless somewhere feels particularly dry, would like to but I can never be bothered!

I have really dry skin. I don't use moisturiser very often. I really should. Even with no makeup on, if I have put moisturiser on in the morning people say how "well" I look, god knows what I look like the rest of the time then

Personally yes I think it does- sometimes I forget to put it on but in weather like this (cold and windy) I can feel my face going dry and rubbery so I put some moisturizer on. Always something I spend a lot of money on (including makeup) as I really don't like having cheap products on my skin.

I moisturize everyday since i was about the same age to. I know not everyone does but I've always been told to look after my skin. I use it in the morning after my shower, and in the evening, I also use an over night face cream. x

I moisturise my face and body morning and night. Don't use a particular brand though just whatever I fancy
