Mom's with GD and multiple pregnancies.

I felt really dizzy and sick this morning, still do. I wasn't able to find out that I had GD with my first because she was born premature the day that I was supposed to have my GD test. Then with my second I didn't find out I had GD until later in the pregnancy. Should I be worried and testing my sugar? I had it so bad last time that I almost needed insulin. I followed my diet very well pretty much exactly to what they told me. So I'm a little worried, should I start the diet now? The symptoms that I was having this morning felt exactly like when my sugar would get too high. It was also right after I drank a sugary drink and it's still there a little bit.
