# The mammary glands enlarge causing the breasts to swell and become tender in preparation for breastfeeding. This is due to an increased amount of the hormones estrogen and progesterone. A supportive bra should be worn.
# A woman's areolas (the pigmented areas around each breast's nipple) will enlarge, darken, and may become covered with small, white bumps called Montgomery's tubercles (enlarged sweat glands).
From here

Okay so I'm 6dpo today, my boobs have been tender the past couple days and today I just noticed these clusters of small white bumps on my aerolae. The aerolae themselves seem a bit bigger and possibly darker than I'm used to as well.

Anyone else experienced this?

Well, until I was TTC, I didn't realize that I always have those. Much more pronounced when they're cold -- LOL-- but still lightly raised even when they aren't cold. I got super excited when I noticed them, and then I ran into the bedroom, lifted my shirt and asked my husband, "do they always look like this?"
At 6 dpo, they couldn't be a pg symptom, as implantation wouldn't have even occurred yet unless you've miscalculated O.

Well, having been checking my boobs a little more frequently since last month when I went off the pill (and they got really sore :() I know for a fact that I have never had these before.

We'll see I guess

I've noticed I'm getting more. And some even seem to be getting bigger or more pronounced. I've always had them though. I used to pick at them because I never knew what they were until TTC, and have since learned just about every possible PG symptom in detail.

I'm 20something dpo... I lost count. :p
GL and :dust:!
