I'm no doctor, but my philosophy is that if the ingredients are things I'd use on my 2 year old, they're usually safe for pregnancy. Look up each ingredient for safety on a reputable site and judge from there. It looks safe to me, and I would have no problems using it. That is, if I didn't think the pain would just be horrid. lol

(Note: Many doctors will allow folks to dye hair and use those harsh chemicals during pregnancy, which I don't agree with, so my judgment is much harsher than the norm.)
