morning sickness herbal spray - does it work?

has anyone tried using a morning sickness mouth spray from their health shop? i was considering buying a bottle but thought i would ask first if anyone else has tried something like that. i heard dry biscuits are good, as is eating small regular meals, but i'm curious about this spray. any thoughts?

Never tried anything but 7 up and crackers, seemed to work okay for me.

I've not ever had morning sickness, but I've read that ginger helps. Ginger snaps, etc.
