Morning sickness kicking in at 8 weeks?!

I thought I was going to be one of the lucky ones who don't get morning sickness... and over the past couple of days, the nausea has come in terrible waves.

I guess I wouldn't normally consider myself lucky now, but I'm sorta happy I have it since I'm on rest this week for spotting & cramping, and increased symptoms are reassuring..

Anyone else have morning sickness hit them later than expected?

im currently 7+1 weeks and had constant mild sickness feeling but not actually been sick but in the past week ive physically been sick twice now.
