Morning sickness or just random stomach ache?

About an hour ago I had a sudden wave of stomach pain - like a burning sensation just below my rib cage, like high up in my stomach. This was accompanied by a watery mouth and slight feeling of wanting to throw up. The pain and nausea has lessened now I've had a snack. Could this be the start of MS or just a random and unrelated stomach thing...?

could well be, they do say around six weeks. unless your extra hungry and that caused it lol x
