hey guys, im new
im 15 years old and 6 weeks pregnant, my morning sickness is horrible, ive gone off everything! and cant do anything between 8.30am-1pm because of sickness...
i know its part of the process but heard some people have ways of calming it... help please :)

Try having a small, dry snack before getting out of bed (cereal, crackers, etc) and when you DO get out of bed, take your time!

Also, I hear that sea-sickness wristbands are a huge help to some women. I hope you feel better! This is one part that I'm not too excited about experiencing when my time comes. :(

Aww hun :hugs:

I found that just eating crackers and sipping on water helped abit, no big meals just lil bits to eat at a time

xx

thank you :), the only thing i can eat (because of sickness) is hula hoop crisps LOL.
will definatley try crackers, and the wristbands :)
xx

Aww its awful isn't it! Fingers crossed it goes quickly for you :) Lucozade really helped me, but don't over do because its high in sugar lol. x

First, congratulations on your pregnancy!
I had really bad morning sickness as well and I found that crackers didn't help, but didn't make it worse either. There really wasn't much I could eat that wouldn't make me sick, but if I ate crackers at least I had something to bring up when I got sick, otherwise I was just dry heaving which hurt really bad.

My mom used to make me warm lemon water to calm my stomach. Maybe try that? :)

Good luck, hon xxx

i used to love lucozade apple, cant eill even look at it now :(
i can still drink the original though, im going to try all these suggestions.. hope itll work

havent told my parents yet, and its getting really hard to hide lol xx

Aww, don't worry once you have told them everything should seem easier :) Ginger biscuits helped me, but again they might not work for everybody. If you can sleep through it that will also be good :) xx

I just bought a vitamin B multivitamin Morning sickness sometimes is caused by you not having enough vitamin B. But also i just ate 7 snack/meals a day and i drink a ton of water.

eat crackers and small snacks. dnt worry hun it will all be ovr soon:flower:

they say ginger biscuites but they did nothing for me
lucozade and other fizzy pops helped, sounds daft but it did.
Eating tiny bits was better than having an empty stomach too.
hope it eases for you soon ! it does get better
x
