Moved up our date!!

We will start trying in January of 2010 . I'm excited because it's so close but far enough that I can spend lots more time with my son before our next one is born. I've always wanted to have a baby around the Holidays (preferably Oct/Nov). Plus that gives me plenty of time to get into shape before the next summer. I'm just soooooooooooo excited

I've just got the weight watchers bumpf from freecycle so I'm ready for a very dietous healthy 2009 ready for baby making!!

I'm going to try in get in really good shape and make sure to visit my doctor to make sure I'm the healthiest I can be when I start TTC. I'll probably start taking folic acid in the next couple month again just to get it in my system.

Oct / Nov is a fab time to be born... not too close to Xmas and nearly the oldest in the year at school!

I'm on folic acid at the moment - I stoked up in boots' 3 for 2 deal!
Got to sort out some kind of gym programme to build up core strength...
I hear that making babies makes your back hurt!
