Moving from Formula to full fat milk at 1yr old

My son is 13 months and doesn't like full fat milk in his bottle, hot or cold. He will have it on his weetabix.

Can I mix some full fat milk with his formula? I.e. 6oz feed = 5oz formula & 1oz full fat milk, then gradually reducing the formula and upping the full fat milk

Has anyone tried this and it worked?

I think a lot of moms do this. My son stayed on formula until around 15 months with a very gradual shift to whole milk. I did some mixing.

I'm doing that now with Freya - 6oz formula + 2 oz cows milk, and am upping the cows milk every week). Once I get to 2ox formula and 6oz cows milk, I'll ditch the formula! I've also been giving her cows milk in her sippy cup with her breakfast (she has water at lunch and tea) and she is drinking it OK

I keep offering him cows milk but he doesn't like it preserver!! he loves his water though
