Moving my journal

I was wondering if it was possible to move my journal from ttc to lttc. I have undiagnsed fertility issues and will be seeing a FS in sept. I am not sure how to provide you with a link to my journal. Its called Sandi & Tj's long journey for a little GUnner. Thank you for your help
