Moving to lumps

How do you cook yours for your LO?
 
i would oven bake it or grill it ideally... as far as moving to lumps i never really fussed too much about puree's being super smooth and just gradually let it be less smooth. make the first lumps something soft i would say like little pieces of pasta or rice, or maybe mince ? make them small and soft and not too many of them to begin with i would think :)
