Well I joined back in December after learning my daughter would likely be premature. To our surprise she was born only a few days later so I didn't have any time to participate in any discussions.
Sofia was born on 12/15/11 at 24 weeks 3 days and weighing only 500 grams (1 lb 2 oz). The doctor's said she had a 20% chance of survival, and if she survived there was an 80% chance she would have major problems. Their recommendation was to abort and try for a "normal" baby later. To our delight she has not only survived but she is doing amazingly well. She has taught to never give up and that miracles do happen.
