Hi ladies!! My gorgeous little girl poppy-louise was born at 4:46am this morning 
she is so small but weighs 7lb 11oz which everyone was shocked at as she's so so small! My waters started leaking at 10:30am yesterday and I went into hospital to get checked over at 4:30ish contractions started at 5pm got sent home to see if they progressed which they did went back into hospital at 2am but my contractions had slowed from every 5 minutes to every 7/8minutes. They had me walking around hospital until about 4 when I had enough and went back for gas and air. I desperately felt like I needed a poo my body was pushing trying to do a poo every contraction, midwives weren't so sure and thought I was been silly and finally they said they would check my cervix - low and behold 10cm!! Started pushing next contraction at about 4:15 her head was delivered at 4:32 which seemed to take forever and then my beautiful girl was born at 4:46 she had the cord wrapped around her neck and needed help breathing she had cord gasses took which were low so she was scooted over to neonatal to have some checks which included taking blood from her artery in her arm 
the bruise is horrible bless her! She was sorted out and brought back to us. She is absolutely perfect in every way I'm absolutely besotted by her! Just waiting on my husband to bring my son to meet her then will post pics!
