My baby girl is poorly still :(

We went shopping earlier and she seemed a bit off, went what i can only discribe as spaced out bu 2 minutes later she was happy and chattering, then went the naafi to buy xmas presents and she threw up everywhere, shes really warm so ive given her some calpol and she seems to be a bit happier now, should i ring the docs? or just see how she goes over the next couple of hours?

I would ring the DR's and get them to have a look at her, they maybe able to give her some antibiotics...the poor little mite I hope she gets better soon x x x

She went a couple of days ago and they said she had a cold coming but surely it wouldn't make her this bad, she keeps falling asleep
