Hi girls...

The past little while, since Elyse has been sleeping through the night.. she's been cramming her feeds into her day. Fine, that makes sense.. but she still only takes about 2-3oz at once and then takes a break and comes back for the rest of 4oz within 30mins.. and she eats every 3hrs now (she had been eating every 4hrs)... so if I start feeding her at 1, she'll take about 2-3oz.. so maybe by 1:20 she's done that.. and then at 2 she wants the rest.. and she's eating again by 4?

I just feel like I'm CONSTANTLY feeding her.. should I be trying to get her to take a bigger bottle? Or?? She's small. I don't think I can get her to take any more at once than she is taking right now..

Ya, Jasmine still eats every 2-3 hours in the day... I feel your pain with the feeding.

luisa has just started doing this too

the other night she had a feed at 10 went to sleep at 12 and didnt wake till 6am so nothing for 8 hours!

but wen she woke she had 4 ozs then another 4 at 8 then another 4 ant 10!!!

if she is sleeping through the night id say just let her feed as and wen during the day..

Grady is like that too! Sometimes he'll take the full bottle and still want more, so we got the bigger bottles and were trying 4.5oz, and then ofcourse he decided that was too much and seems to only take 3 oz, and then like you said, basically 30 minutes later he decides me wants that last oz!!
But at night he's been going 5 hours from being put down to his next feed! I don't get it! Not that I'm complaining about the long time between feeds at night...

LeeAnne takes 5oz every 4hrs (somedays 3) but I'm surprised she's not eating more often as shes sleeping through the night (the odd nght shes up for 2-3oz and then back asleep) She's obviously growing as she's a porker but i'm just worried about her not getting enough!
I would think Elyse is ok, as long as shes happy and gainging weight :)

Betty has been a grazer since day one. It sucks, but its now starting to get better. (Betty was 7 weeks early too, so its like she is actually 3 months, not the 4 1/2 her ticker says)
