My Beautiful McKenna Has Arrived via scheduled c-section

I'm proud to say my little angel made her appearance into the world on Nov 14 at 749 in the morning weighing 7lbs and 13ozs. She is so amazing!

I had a routine scheduled c-section that went fairly well. During the section I only experienced a little bit of nausea and the extreme pressure that they warn you about. I had a spinal to numb me up and it seemed to work very well. The toughest part about the section was the next morning when I actually had to get out of bed and walk. The pain was pretty intense then, but all worth it for my little angel. I had decided to breastfeed and even though I didn't get to start breastfeeding her until about 5 hours after birth, she has taken to it very well.
