My body has failed me once again :'(

Despite extra monitoring throughout this pregnancy, and emergency intervention...my cervix just couldn't hold out.

At 21+5, our princess has gone to join her brother.

I can't believe this is happening, I don't know how to feel yet. We were so close to viability.
