my email account was closed and i dont know my BnB password :(

as the title says really, i opened a spam message on my email and it started sending spam to everyone on my contacts and my hotmail account got blocked by microsoft i dont know my password for BnB, Is it possible to change my email address on here? im logged on now because i never log out xxx

ETA: I tried to change my email address, but i need my password to do it and i dont know it can anyone help me? xxx
