Baby is certainly hogging all the room in there!

When I sit or lay in certain positions I feel rather breathless.

I just had a small panic attack and my gosh my breathing was so loud and whispy sounding!

I'm only 25 weeks, and it's going to get so much more worse isn't it?

It's also getting to the stage of every tiny movement on my bladder makes me want to go just for reassurance, incase I get a big kick and nearly wet myself!! Eeee I'm only tiny lil baby please don't squish me!

I'm not so tiny but neither is baby! Lol. Has very long legs like daddy Hehehe. I feel ur pain tho.. i'm so uncomfortable atm. Its so hot too! Struggling to sleep. I feel I just slob when sitting down, coz it's just to uncomfortable to sit up straight x

I feel the same, my babies seem to be taking up so much room, its so hard to imagine when the pregnancy advances. I also get breathless especially when I bloat and my bump gets hard, other days it seems a lot better. I am going to do some breathing exercises everyday to help me. I think we need to stay with the stage we are at though, its not good for us to keep thinking how pregnancy will be as it will only stress us (and might not even be that bad)

I feel ya, and yes I'm afraid it's only going to get worse, I feel sorry for myself, lol. I had a totally rediculous panic attack once, I felt like there were just too many people in my skin and I couldn't breath.

I've been having days when I feel like baby is basically sitting on my lungs. It's so uncomfortable and I get short of breath so easily.

I had a night like that too, however lovely and wanted pregnancy is, it sometimes makes me a bit panicky how my body is being taken over, it can give a sense of lack of control if you go into anxiety mode or at least it did for me

And I'm only carrying one, I can't imagine how two would feel. My anxiety is basically under control now. I love your screen name, calm. That is perfect, and a reminder to be calm, :flower:

My anxiety has been good in general too, seeing that pregnancy can trigger anxiety in people prone to it. I think people with anxiety fear lack of control, and there is nothing like pregnancy to feel like you don't have any, and that you have to "let go" and let nature do what it has to do. My screen name was an attempt to inspire me too, it doesn't always work :haha:

When I was pregnant with DD I had these episodes where it felt like my lungs were collapsing. It was extremely painful, it hurt to breathe, it burned like nothing I've ever felt in my chest. I could only take quick, short breaths until it went away. I'm terrified of this happening again! Oh, the joys! :haha:

I'm glad I came across this. I'm only 14 weeks and my breathing has gotten so bad - I almost wanted to go to the ER the other night. I always find myself needing more air and then feeling light headed... I hope it doesn't get too much worse.
