Volume: 1.5ml
pH: 8.1
Motility: Rapid 4% Sluggish 14%
Progression: Non progressive 34% Imotile 48%
Count: 29,000,000/ml
Stained film: 5% normal forms present
(at less than 15% normal forms the fertilisation rate in viro decreases)

Im just wondering if there's anyone who has had tests done and have had the same results or worse, and know if theres any way that can improve them? the GP we seen didnt say much but said to have showers instead of baths and my OH drinks abit, so he's gonna cut down.

I havent got much knowledge on the results, but during regular testing dH had 2 tests, and in between the two he stopped drinking caffinated tea and coffee, and all areas improved massively...

Hey Hun, we've taken wellman tablets , maca, 1000mg of vit c and done the usual re diet changes as recommended in zita wests book. No baths only showers, loose undies etc. Morphology had gone from 15% to 55% and motility also doubled as well as count.

If you make changes now it'll be reflected in 70-90 days as it takes that long for sperm to mature.

Good luck xx

my DH had 10% morphology about 45% motility and a count of 22.6 million so lower in one area a bit better in others, he has celiac and after getting him back on a gluten free diet his count went from 14.6 mil to 22.6 mil and motility went up about 5% but we don't know if it is from his celiac so we're waiting for his 3 SA to tell us. Good luck
