Honestly, he's had colds but none this bad.

Don't you think they'd have cold medicine for babies this age? Honestly, they say they don't want to give anything to babies because it may affect the immune system but how could cold medication that would take away the discomforts of a cold affect the immune system?

I've tried it all these past 4-5 days. Saline drops, vapour plugins, bought a humidifier, baby vapor rub, tylenol, and it just isn't helping that much. I even just held him in my arms the entire night last night so that his head was elevated and both him and I could sleep better.

oh sweetie, poor poor chase :hugs: do hope he feels better soon x

Hope he is feeling better soon. I remember when my friend had her daughter, she bought cold medicine for her at 10 weeks!! I don't know what kind it was though..

We have Calpol here, but I don't know about there :hugs: Poor Chase!

Infant tylenol is like your calpol.

But, too bad they don't have medicine for coughs or runny/stuffy nose for infants any longer.

They had infant cold medication when Amanda was a baby. (I'm remembering it as I type this.) But since then they took all of it off the market.

i hope he feels better soon x Jayden has a cold too and i`m worried i hope it doesnt get worst! Last time i went to my local pharmacy they refused to give me anything for jayden even though he was 7 and half months old.
And most drops or even balm was from 3mnths +

The blessing is he has been sleeping for a good part of the day and with rest comes recuperation. He woke up earlier and actually giggled a bit. So, hoping this means better days ahead :)

Hope he feels better soon :hugs:
Coltons had a runny nose, but really wouldn't consider it a cold.. more sinuses (gets those from me) because it was 80F two days ago and snowing today! :dohh:
Getting some fresh air normally helps Coltons. Like having the window open, etc. Have you tried bundling him up and maybe going for a walk?
