My Symptoms leading to my BFP

For the past 3 months I’d been obsessed reading TWW symptom posts. These are my symptoms

6DPO lower right sharp pain (this must have been implantation)

9DPO sore boobs started. I thought it was so weird because my period was not due til 16DPO and usually the sore boobs start a couple day’s before. Creamy CM. felt faint and physically exhausted.
10DPO- BFP. Having yellowy dry CM
11DPO-13DPO- constipation, feeling so thirsty

I’m now 4 weeks and 1 day (14 DPO) and My boobs are still sore, still having yellowy CM, feeling tired and needing to pee more often
