I think Tesni & Arle are both super-cute! I think Arle should maybe be spelled differently though so it gets pronounced correctly...

How about: Arly (Adrian & Rachel Love You)

I think Rae could work well as a middle name for either name:

Arly Rae

I think Arly as suggested by mommytammy is a better alternative for it to be pronounced easier.
