Basically I just wanna get an idea of what I am eating as i start Slimming World on Monday. Also I have joined slimming world in the past and my clothes have gone big on me however I wasn't loosing pounds for some reason
so I want to try measuring my body inches every few weeks instead. See if I am loosing that way!

Pre Pregnancy: 11st
9 Months Pregnant: 13st
Now: Aprox. 13st 2lbs :shock:

My Height: 5ft 8"

My measurements:
Will add them in after.

Today I have eaten:
Crunchy Nut Cornflakes & Semi skimmed milk.
Skinny Cow Icecream Lolly

Today: 10/06/2009

Eaten
Half a chicken sandwich on brown bread.
Diet coke.
4 chocolate digestives.
Cup of tea.
Small steak, mash, pea's gravy & mint sauce.
Jubbly Ice Lolly.

Exercise
20 minutes exercise bike
10 minutes cross trainer
10 minutes treadmill

Found out the bread I was eating (Hovis 50/50) was 4 syns a slice :shock: no wonder I haven't lost no bloody weight. Anyone know if any of the 50/50 bread can be a healthy extra 'b' ?

Well today I am starting a fresh with a bit more knowledge behind me. Still not sure of my weight but I am gunna try setting up the wii fit in a minute.

Today:

Breakfast- Bran flakes & semi skimmed milk (1 healthy extra 'a' , 1 healthy extra 'b' )

Dinner- Super Fat free noodles (Free)
 
Right. I totally fell off the wagon for a few weeks, but today I start again. For how long I don't know but I am going to try.

DAY ONE!
Today:
Breakfast:
Bran flakes (HEb) & Semi skimmed milk (HEa)
Banana
Lunch:
2 slice wholemeal bread (HEb)
Tin of Beans
Tea:
Mashed potato
Veg
Marrow fat peas
Quorn sausages
Gravy (2syns)
Mint Sauce
