Hi

I've just been to the shop and was looking for some different things to offer my LO for lunch (he's almost 7 months and we are doing BLW).

I picked up a pack of Naan bread, but since I've got home I looked more closely at the info on the packet and each naan bread contains 22% of an adults recommended daily amount of salt!!

Now I know that my LO would probably only eat maximum a third of one naan, but do you reckon it's best not to give it at all?

Have any of you given your LO's naan bread?

Thanks

Hmm I eat naan quite often and never noticed it to be salty

So interesting you mention that. Not sure sorry! :(

hmm not sure to be honest sorry maybe if you had a bash at making them yourself that way you control whats in them, some of the BLW girls might be able to help think a few babies have had the odd taste of curry and some of the tasty accompniments not sure in naan was one of them tho x x

I would think a small amount every so often would be ok - I have given Emms it sometimes and she loves it! (One of the only breads she likes!) x

I give it to H but TBH I haven't looked at the content.
