Nappy rash?

Lucas has never had nappy rash before but since changing to cloth he has it all the time
I use fleece liners. Anyone know what I can do to prevent it? Sudocrem is proving to be rubbish.

How often are you changing him? If you change him every 2 hours does the rash improve at all? Are you giving him nappy off time?

How did I miss that
Lol thanks I change him about every 3 hours atm and he never really has nappy off time (he doesn't like it!), I'll try changing him for frequently though see how it goes.

hun he might also be starting teething, at about that age EJ started getting near constant nappy rash that wouldnt go away and it turned out his teeth were arriving ( and they can teethe for months ) as soon as the teeth cut the bum was clear it was like magic
